All modeling and rendering is done in LightWave 3D 8.5.
This image uses a tecnique based on fast moving displacement on objects surfaces in conjunction with motion blur and PLD antialiasing, so edges look irregular and quite broken.
The same is for shading: procedural bump textures moving along one direction at high speed give that drawing effect.
Backdrop uses a procedural texture with several layer (some for colors, some for alphas and some for texture displacement).
Only a light noise is added in post-processing.
